Corinne’s Vision

CORINNE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH in Violet, Louisiana, is a vibrant Christian Church which exists to give glory to GOD in Jesus Christ.  We praise, we serve, and we worship GOD in His glory.  Our focus is on worshiping as the dynamic experience of God's presence flows through us, so that we can exhibit that flowing love to others of all ages within our community.  We envision those who are less fortunate than us to come into the house of the LORD and experience a new and enlightening nurturing that may draw them to CHRIST.  We extend an invitation to everyone to meet with us, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey in life.

Pastor John Bailey, Jr.

Pastor John Bailey, Jr. is an anointed man of God.  Since 1991 he has endeavored to ensure the Corinne Missionary Baptist Church is a place where we can all worship God in spirit and in truth. He is known for  his dynamic teaching style which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scripture to their everyday lives.

Every member and regular attendee of Corinne was once a first-time guest. Some came initially out of curiosity. Others visited with a deep spiritual need. Still others were just seeking answers to the questions of life.
